Refund and Returns

At Polo Privé, every timepiece is crafted with precision and care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective films, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

Please note: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our quality team will notify you by email about the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • If the return does not meet our policy guidelines, the item will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer — processing times vary.
